By creating an account, signing in, or playing Isekai Vanguard, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

If you are under the age required to agree to online services in your country, you may use the game only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens through your account.

Use only one player account unless we give you written permission. Do not sell, trade, share, or transfer accounts.

We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse bugs, automation, unauthorized tools, payment systems, other players, or the service itself.

Play fairly. Do not cheat, exploit vulnerabilities, interfere with servers, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or use bots, scripts, emulators, or other automation to gain an unfair advantage.

Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, scam, spam, or post illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise harmful content in game features such as names, chat, guilds, or profiles.

We may adjust balance, rewards, progression, events, items, and other game systems at any time to protect game health and player experience.

Game progress, heroes, currency, items, rewards, and other virtual content are licensed to you for use in the game. They are not property and have no cash value.

We may modify, rebalance, remove, or reset virtual content when needed for operations, security, testing, abuse prevention, or game design.

You are responsible for names, chat messages, reports, and any other content you submit. You grant us permission to host, display, moderate, and remove that content as needed to run and protect the game.

Do not submit content that violates another person's rights or these Terms.

The game is provided as available. We may update, interrupt, restrict, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

We may update these Terms. When changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify players through the game, website, or another appropriate channel.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the game is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or preservation of all progress or data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill.
